We collaborate with our clients to create innovative and functional designs that meet their specific needs. We guide them along the path from concept to completion - sometimes lingering at the concept stage for a while to explore all kinds of ideas!
Architecture
First and foremost, we are a registered architectural practice. We approach our work through the iterative stages of design and follow the established protocols and highest standards of practice of our profession.
Sustainability
We are committed to sustainable design practices that minimize the environmental impact of our projects - to the extent required or possible. Our team is knowledgable and able to help explore, evaluate and incorporate sensible, "eco-friendly" design solutions.
Master Planning + Entitlement
Over the years, we have created land planning feasibility studies, planning documents, form-based codes and represented clients in the public sphere as their entitlement agents for thousands of acres of development. We develop strategies that help our clients navigate through consensus building, neighborhood meetings, public hearing presentations and the required approval documents.
Urban Design + Adaptive Reuse
We believe that the reuse, (re)adaptation and re-crafting of our urban fabric is vitally important. Too often, the old is abandoned in favor of the new. We resist this, and help our clients restore and reuse precious buildings and our urban infrastructure.
Brand Development
We help clients understand the difference in branding with a little "b" versus a big "B". Branding is not curation, picking out a color scheme or slapping a logo on something. Branding is about relating an origin story, legacy or aspiration with consistency. It's about our client's promise to others and the strength of their message.
